　　hook是“钩子”的意思，off the hook 的字面意思是“脱离了钩子”，据说这个口语表达由来是：上了钩的鱼又摆脱了鱼钩，重新获得了自由。现在一般用来形容人，表示：“脱离困境，摆脱麻烦，如释重负，免于责罚”。
