　　Mostly they recommend that children study at a younger age such as primary school. This is the best time to understand a language as well as making more progress in the understanding of language itself. Most people that learn from a younger age are more determined to get a higher grade. For example other non-English speaking countries learning how to speak English like in China, this would require lots of practice at home.
　　If people study a foreign language at about secondary school or as we call middle school, people are more likely to find themselves depressed because they have too much work to do. Students in different countries have different subject, mostly they study their own language and another foreign language, then comes biology, history, music and other subjects. There are always homework and people tend to take this a bit more seriously than most people think.
　　They spend most of their time in use of the foreign language. If students study them in primary school, than any others, then they would have a better chance at secondary school because they have the opportunity to use the time that they would have spent on the foreign language subject onto other subject that they are not good at.
