　　当你见到一个英语单词，然后强迫你去直接用英语想它的同义词是什么(越多越好，你要反复使用英语Well I know xxx is also called xxx. Well xxx is also called xxx句子“说英语”)，强迫自己去它的英语意思是什么(尤其，“使用”到哪些与之关联的“好词”，“好句”)，你就已经是在“用英语学英语”，你的英语就是“学”“用”同步了。
　　长期、反复性的做这个动作吧，正是它形成你的英语语言能力。
　　如果见到一个英语词句，你就总是强迫自己去用中文想它的中文(意思)，非得把它的中文词“想出来、想起来”，那么，你的英语学习是失败的不得了的。

　　3. 见到homebody，你不是努力去直接用英语想下面类似的英语，而是中文“宅男/宅女”，你的英语学习很是失败：

　　见到jet lag，你不是努力去直接用英语想下面类似的英语，而是中文“飞行时差”，你的英语学习很是失败：
　　It is a disruption of the internal body clock.
　　If you have traveled across several time zones, you likely suffer a jet lag.
　　见到bridesmaid，你不是努力去直接用英语想下面类似的英语，而是中文“伴娘”，你的英语学习很是失败：
　　A bridesmaid is an unmarried woman.This unmarried woman helps the bride at her wedding party.
