　　通过以下的高频问题的纠错，希望同学们能够规范学术写作的习惯，提升自己的表达，训练书面化语言的应用，也为将来的留学学习做准备。
　　”0 1改错1：Some people believe that citizens shouldn’t be responsible for their own medical costs.
　　分析：文体错误。学术写作里不接受缩写形式，shouldn’t必须改成should not,isn’t应该改成is not；相应的I’m要写成I am；而can't应该写出cannot。例如《剑8》第163页：This cannot be the responsibility of the parents alone.
　　0 2改错2：Scientists have presented lots of evidence for global warming.
　　分析：使用了非正式的口语表达lots of。学术写作里可以改成many或者a large number of，比如《剑12》第129页的例句；For many people around the world, the preferred method of transport is high-speed rail.这样的句子读起来很平常但是很严谨，接近正式的学术写作风格。
　　0 3改错3：Fast food advertisements are everywhere.They attract the attention of young people.
　　分析：句式过于短促，有rap的效果。IELTS写作不需要“长难句”。但如果全文都是这样的超短句，examiner肯定要开始跳“街舞”了。本句里可以把They attract改成现在分词attracting，同时把它前面的句号改为逗号。
　　0 4改错4：Make sure that globalization does not threaten the local traditions!
　　分析：祈使句是不能用在学术写作里的，句尾的!改为句号。请注意不要把你的雅思作文写成“咆哮体”。
　　0 5改错5：We should be friendly to others because the Bible said, “Treat your neighbors as you would like to be treated.”
　　分析：圣经在西方确实重要，但在绝大多数英美大学里，宗教信仰（religious faith)是不可以作为academic writing的论据的。类似地还有国内同学比较“粉”的英语谚语（proverb），在英语国家大学里事实上不允许被当作学术写作的论证依据。
　　0 6改错6：If you choose to take a one-year break, you will have a broader view of life.
　　分析：这里的you指的就是读者（即考官）在学术写作中，是不允许出现第二人称的。但是I和WE第1人称在雅思写作中，考官是允许使用。
