　　基本信息：I know a very small and successful international trading company. Their name is xiaoming international trade. The owner of the company is xiaoming. He started his company from scratch. Since they have a very good incentive system and learning environment,his company is now very well known
　　事件一；Every time when an employee has contacted a new client, xiaoming would give them awards, such as a raise, a promotion, or an annual prize. If his employee faiLED to contact a new client, xiaoming would never look down on them but help them find out the problems, so he won't make the same mistake again.
　　事件二；Xiaoming also tried his best to create an learning environment. when he is with his staffs he would speak English with them. xiao Ming usually took the afternoon coffee break to show some movies which has both English and Chinese subtitles. first he would let employees watch the content and then let them read after it and he would explain grammar, words, phrases and sentence structures. His staff can even attend the English corner on weekends. Today, each one of his employees has became a versatile.
