John: After analyang our advantages, it's time for us to discuss our disadvantages. Are there any comments on it?
Vivian: I think that the biggest shortcoming is our lack of international negotiation eperience. Our market is mostly at home, so we have rare opportunities for international business. Thus we can'ttake everything into consideration while dealing with them.
John: You're right. However, practice makes perfect. And it is the best time for us to practice. What's more, we will invite our lawyer to take part in the negotiation. He will help us to clear up some problems in special situation.
Vivian: Good idea. They hate good ecerience in international negotiation. Sometimes, they will consider more than us and giveus juridical support.
John:And we will make a coordination team to make up our disadvantages for negotiation success.
