Healthy issue is a key concern for almost everyone in prevent and treat illness, the government goes to greatlengths to keep the public sanitation. However, some believe that the citizen himself should take good care of his own. Personally,both sides have different obligations to settle the healthy issue.
The government should ensure at least two main parts:For one thing, the healthy problem concerns about all living residents,which is calLED a public issue that no matter whether the government wants or not it should deal with it with all methods.
