Consequently, if one can get a more appealing offer from some other employer, what's the point of continuing to stay in the old place?   If some measures have to be taken to lessen or even eliminate this phenomenon, I reckon that companies should take up an inescapable responsibility through providing all their employees with a clear and transparent ladder of promotion as well as sufficient benefits in order to alleviate employees' impulses of leaving. What's more, vocational education is supposed to be strengthened, especially in terms of job ethics and a sense of responsibility. In this way, people may form a more precise and mature attitude towards career and thus not being carried away by this ever-changing fickle world.   From all that have been discussed above, we can draw a safe conclusion that there are various causes for people's frequent job-hopping.
