I am at present living in a house which I rented through your agency. I am sorry to inform you that the heating system in the house stopped working some time ago.
I phoned your agency and explained the problem one week ago, but you still have not sent anybody to fix the heating system. This is very inconvenient-not to mention dangerous to the health-as the weather is starting to get colder. I am puzzLED as to why you have not paid attention to this urgent matter.
